Lower Face 1: Neck and Jaw area
Time & Location
About the Event
The neck and jaw area is one of the most common places to hold tension.
Many people suffer from TMJ, clenching or grinding teeth. These conditions can be quite painful when exercises are not being practised for release.
As we age, it’s also quite common that we develop a double chin. This is in direct correlation to poor posture, not using specific neck/ facial muscle groups effectively or at all, and of course gravity, and a loss of collagen.
- Relieve tension from Neck and Jaw area
- Reduce Jowls and Double chin
- Tighten Neck area
- Redefine Jaw area
